- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited and features used.

- Provide personalized workout plans and nutrition guidance from your assigned coach.
- Track your fitness progress over time, including body measurements and progress photos.
- Facilitate direct communication between you and your coach.
- Process subscription payments and manage your account.
- Send workout reminders, motivational messages, and service updates.
- Improve our platform and coaching services.
3. Health Data Handling
We take the handling of your health and fitness data seriously:
- Your health data (weight, measurements, progress photos) is used exclusively to provide coaching services and track your fitness progress.
- Progress photos are stored securely and are only accessible to you and your assigned coach.
- We do not sell your health data to third parties.
- We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.
- Your coach may review your health data to adjust your workout and nutrition plans.
- You can request deletion of your health data at any time by contacting us.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Your Coach: Your assigned coach (Javier Alejandro) has access to your fitness data to provide coaching services.
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate our platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics).
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal and health information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure password storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and fitness data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you resubscribe. After that period, you can request full deletion of your data.

You have the right to:
- Access and download your personal and fitness data.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
